Small booklet on CSS Ponchartrain & Maurepas

I've been told that a fellow did a seminar at the Old State House years ago concerning the Confederate gunboats Ponchartrain and Maurepas in Arkansas. And that he had produced a small booklet. Is anyone aware of where I might obtain a copy? Also, if one reads all the various reports, theories etc. concerning these vessels, I'm not sure anyone can accurately say exactly what guns each gunboatl carried as well as factual information on whether or not the 32-pounder guns on display at St. Charles came from the Ponchartrain's original guns, or two guns possibly taken from Fort Randolph by way of the Ponchartrain, then transported to St Charles by way of both rail and boat or are these guns salvaged from the wreck of the Maurepas? If anyone can accurately present the truth backed up by hard facts, then I want to see it! I've read all the speculation I care to read. I'm ready for some solid information.
