Looking for information as to which company(s) of the 4th Arkansas State Troops Richard Perry Harrison served in and did his brother James serve in the same company?

I find him in Mountain Township, Washington County in the 1860 census (written as Harison) which suggests he was in either Co C commanded by Hugh L Tinnen of Co F commanded by Thomas M Gunter.
