There has been a reorganizatoin of this Regiment, the Field and Staff Officers being furoloughed by Gen Roane until teh 25th of June 1862. Lieunt Col John Griffiths has command of the Regiment with Suregon Beal are the only Field and Staff Officers present of the old ????

Embarked on board the steamer Delian as Little Rock Arks, for Memphis Tenn April 25, 1862. Landed at Memphis Tenn 28 April 1862, April 30, Detailed to help Capt McDonald's St Louis Battery from Memphis to Corinth Mississippi.
