I think you are right. Most researchers (myself included) assumed that Cabell's Fort Smith company was the "Captain Cabell's Company" associated with the 4th Arkansas State Troops, because William Lewis Cabell was assumed to be the only Cabell in the neighborhood. However, your discovery of Algernon Sidney Cabell and his company from Franklin County puts things right.
