In the photo, this man wears reunion ribbons mentioning the Confederate Home in Altus, Arkansas and a UCV Camp somewhere named for Stonewall Jackson. He is also featured in the video, "Forgotten Men In Gray." There he claims he was "bodyguard" for John Marmaduke and Jo Shelby. I've tried for sometime now to learn his name. Would he have been a resident of the home ? A member of the Camp ? He apparently attended the last reunion in 1938 being past 80 years-old. Any help would be appreciated.
