ANNOUNCEMENT: COMING EVENT: September 8, 2015
The Grand Prairie Civil War Round Table Meeting will be held at the Lonoke County Museum in downtown Lonoke at 215 South East Front Street, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Tommy Dupree of the Jacksonville Military Museum will present the program on the Battle of Reed's Bridge August 27, 1863 and the prelude to the fall of Little Rock on September 10, 1863. All members of the GPCWRT are invited as are the Lonoke County Museum members, as well as anyone that is interested in the Civil War.
As always, there is no admission fee, and everyone is welcome to attend the presentation. For additional information, call 501-676-6750. Membership dues are still just $20. New members and guests are always welcome.
