After looking hard at the unclear Arkansas Daily Gazette article of March 16, 1878 what looked like a K was really an E, so the paper spelled Episcopal right after all. The wedding took place 8:30 PM March 14, 1878. It doesn't look much like General Fagan would have been a Catholic or at lease the wedding of his daughter in his home's parlor wasn't Catholic.
