Thank you. Carter Morris is really a brick wall for me. I think he had a brother named Bradford. Carter's son, Bradford Carter Morris was my grandfather's ( Tony Kirkum Morris ) dad. I did find a book in the Salt Lake City genealogy library, Ranks of Honor, by Anthony C Rushing. I learned about what the 11th went through at Island 10.
