Down towards the bottom of the main page it has a link to the rosters of Arkansas Federal units. William R. Carroll was in C Company of the 4th Ark. As far as Harkey's in the 3rd Arkansas, several are in A co. & H co. Another good website is Fold3.com which for a fee, you can actually view the records of Civil War soldiers. In any event you can order Wm. Carroll's service file, that would make a nice gift for anyone interested in their families Civil War service.
