After many of these old lodges folded the records were kept by a brother from that lodge. These records were probably stored for many years until they were thrown away or donated to a museum. Sometimes they would be given over to the county historical society or put in with county records. These old ledges, minutes, and rosters do turn up from time to time. Good luck on your search. I've never had much luck going through Masonic records except for the death records which are pretty accurate and up-to-date.
