Elijah Murray, Co M died Dec 18 1863
David Parsons, Co M died Nov 25 1863

I appreciate your comments about my book. I searched for info on the other regiments you mentioned as well as the 11th Mo cavalry, as they all served together at some point. You may already be aware of this site, it has a history of the 9th Iowa.
