I have the warranty deed that belonged to J.M. McClintock's wife Sara Carroll McClintock Prairie County Arkansas....it is autographed by her on this Arkansas Warranty Deed Wife's Land document. dated Nov. 1, 1946. It was in an estate of the old Judge of the county J. G. Thweatt. If you are interested in this document please send me an e-mail. It currently is in my document folders at a local Flea Market.
