Yes Sir, but Marshall's battery is listed as unattached, where it had previouly been assigned to Blocher's 5th Battalion, and Marshall is listed as having no guns. I think that leaves room for the idea that the batteries were combined under Zimmerman. The report leaves me with the impression that the commissioners were probably working from a copy of Special Order 290 which contained all the battery and battalion numbering.
