Announcement: The Grand Prairie Civil War Round Table meets on Tuesday,
June 11, 2013. Joseph Herron, a Park Ranger at Arkansas Post State Park in
Arkansas County will bring our program.
Herron will speak on the battle and the aftermath,
notably, how it affected the whole state. This will be the topic
for the Grand Prairie CWRT meeting on Tuesday, June 11.
This will be held at the Lonoke County Museum (a big yellow building),
beginning at 7:00 p.m. in downtown Lonoke, at 215 S. E. Front Street.
As always, the event is free and everyone is invited. Please come and bring a guest.
