Damon, John T. Trigg died in St. louis 9-1-1865, and is buried there in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
He was an attorney, railroad agent and politician. His sister Frances married Edmund Burgevin, the Adj. Gen. of AR. His half-brother was Governor Henry Rector.
In the 1850 and 1860 censii Trigg lives in Little Rock. In1850 he was in the same boarding house as the Fultons, Woodruffs, Bealls and other FFA's (First Families of Arkansas).
