Magruder Guards/Hoadley's Battery

Throwing together a sketch on this Arkansas Artillery Organization that was assigned to 1st Tennessee Heavy Artillery.

I know that Captain Frederick William Hoadley's Company D, 4th Arkansas Infantry Battalion was detached at Island No. 10, given charge of a battery of heavy guns and was subsquently captured at the fall of Island No. 10 on April 6-7, 1862.

I have a reference that indicates that The 1st Tennessee Heavy Artillery Regiment was organized at Fort Pillow, Tennessee, on May 10, 1862, after the capture of Island No. 10. The regiment was composed of ten companies which had previously served as independent batteries. Dismukes' Arkansas Battery was designated as Company B, and Hoadley's Arkansas Battery as Company H.

This seems like a very quick exchange, so my question is when was Hoadley's Battery exchanged, Were they present when 1st Tennessee Heavy Artillery was formed or was this a paper transaction with the Battery still in Prision Camp?

Do we know what prision camp they were assigned to?

I have another reference that indicates that The 1st Tennessee Heavy Artillery Regiment embarked on steamer Golden Age on June 2, 1862, bound for Vicksburg. Was this possibly the exchange? I know Vicksburg was the exchange point for a while.
