Grand Prairie Civil War Round Table, meets 10-9-12

Announcement: The Grand Prairie Civil War Round Table will be meeting at the Lonoke County Museum in downtown Lonoke, Arkansas 215 South East Front Street, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
Tom Ezell, of Scott will be the featured speaker on Freemasonry during the Civil War.
Ezell stated: "I'll try to do them justice. It will be a quick overview of freemasonry as it was grounded here in Arkansas, some noted Arkansans who were Masons, and how masonry affected relationships between soldiers in the Army as well as between opposing forces."
Ezell is perhaps the most knowledgeable person on the Civil War in Arkansas other than some college professor and has strong Lonoke County ties.
Everyone is invited and as always, guests are welcome. There is no admission charge.
