Terry, during the timeframe you asked about, the Gee-Johnson 15th Arkansas Infantry consisted of six companies (the other companies intended to complete the regiment had been assigned to other regiments, notably the 40th Tennessee Infantry). Following is a list of officers as of the surrender at Fort Donelson. With a couple of exceptions, these were also the original officers. I hope this is what you're looking for.
