Betty, I have been spending the last few days trying to find anything about William C. Fulton’s Civil War service, but without success. I thought I had him in a Union engineer unit from Missouri, but that turned out to be another William Fulton. Sorry! I have, however, uncovered quite a lot of information about his descendents.
