Bracken J Crutchfield inlisted at Yellville Arkansas July 17, 1861 and died in Mississippi, Camp Churchill Clark. He died May 19, 1862 about the time of a battle in Corinth Mississippi, does anyone know where his body might be interred? Was there a mass grave at this place? His company went on to Iuka Mississippi after his death. Was he wounded? Did he die on the battle field? Did he die from illness? His parents were dead, he wasn't married, I have a lot more questions than answers would appreciate and information you might have. I have searched footnotes, Mississippi's message board and other places.
