Seeking info on what is reported to be the last Civil War Battle in Arkansas.

On or about May 24, 1865, a encounter took place between Yankee's and a unit under the command of a Captain R.A. Kidd possibly in command of Company D, of Anderson's Arkansas Cavalry Battalion.

This action took place at a location called Rough-and-Ready located about two miles from Monticello Arkansas.
