Lind thank you, he was a most interesting and conterversial person, being the successful politicion he was, much negative press by his poltical foes, was establshing what many "modern day story book writers" are copying, which is not truly reflective of this person when reviewing the true documentation concerning his fifty-two years of very active life.

The only marker at the Borland grave site in Little Rock's Mount Holly cemetery (started year he first arrived in Little Rock, 1843 by two of his friends, Chester Ashley and Beebe), is that placed in his honor by the Arkansas Bar Foundation and Pulaski Bar Association May Day, 1992 in his memory with incorrect birth date. Son Harold, "Little Solon", is in Little Rock National, #1001, the only one of Solon's immediate family with a grave stone that I could find.
