Thanks Brian. Apparently they borrowed or leased wagons from Robert Jones, the richest man in the Choctaw Nation, as there is a letter from Jones trying to get his wagons or money for them.

I'm assuming they marched from Ft McCulloch (southeast of present Durant OK) to Doaksville (now Fort Towson OK) and then east into Arkansas and north up the Line Road to Centre Point. That route would have taken them near Jones' huge plantation but he undoubtedly had property in many locations. If they were on Middle Boggy, they would have had to march a couple of days south to Ft McCulloch before heading east to Doaksville.

Are there any descriptions of their route or march?
