I looked up a William Stout on the Mo State Gov site that was in 15 mo cav. At the bottom of the card it shows his last known address as Chandler Oklahoma and his wifes name Pricilla. Does that ring a bell? There are a lot of William Stout's on there. Did he have a middle initial?
