Yes the book that contains the chapter about Dr. Dye is available from the Old Statehouse Museum. You can order one from their website (www.oldstatehouse.com). Unfortunately the Durdin entry was not one of the 25 presented in the chapter. We hope to have the complete casebook edited and published in the next year. Its tentative title is "Yankee Bullets, Southern Blood: Dr. Henry Dye and Confederate Medical Care in the Trans-Mississippi"
