I have a friend that has a Arkansas Treasury Warrant
No. 621751 for Ten Dollars 6% issue date May 29, 1863
Printed on Blue Paper Looks like Jefferson with a
picture of slaves holding cotton. It also has a
no. 2130 or 2/30 it has X's on each side of the picture of
Jefferson On Auditor's Warrant. Signed by L B Cunningham
has a picture of a dog by signature. Note is in good
condition. Could anyone advise approximate value?
