Jones family - again-

Hi again Bryan! and all!
Bryan, I don't know if you remember, but a while back I posted about my GGGgrandfather Benjamin Franklin Jones. I have been unable to find when he died and the cause of his death. I have always thought his death was a result of the Civil war. All of his sons were Confederates serving the state of Arkansas. 2 of his sons died during the war. You helped me to find information on my Jones clan - all except Benjamin. Anyway I have recently discovered that his widow, Nancy Elizabeth Jones, filed for a widows pension, but it does not make sense. Maybe you can help me again! Here's what was given to me by a non profesional Geneaologist;
" I looked for your Nancy and found where there is a widows pension filed for a Benjamin F. Jones by Widow Nancy E. Jones with Geo W. rinker as gdn (Gaurdian?). Location looks like maybe MO Cavalry. And the best I can read the dates look like 1873 and 1880"
I've no clue who Geo Rinker is, and why 2 dates? Benjamins last known where abouts was in the 1860 Sevier County Arkansas Census with Nancy and his Children. Can you possibley help me again?
Thanks!
Anthony
