I appreciate your posting and sharing this. (two of my favorite subjects merged, Arkansas Civil War History, and Masonic history).
I looked at the roster in Desmond Walls Allen's history of the 1st AR Mounted Rifles, and there was very sketchy information. Comapny C was recruited in Johnson County. I would contact the (Masonic) Grand Lodge of Arkansas,in Little Rock. I would recommend researching to determine if the Dallas Lodge notified them of the ceremony. that often happens within Free Masonry, that the Grand lodge be notfied. I would also suggest finding out what the closest Masonic Lodge was in 1861, and see if the lodge is still in existence and research their records. I would check with the Grand Lodge of Georgia as well to see what information they might have.
