Thought I'd add a footnote for you and any others interested in this regiment. The 15th Missouri Cavalry was Col. Timothy Reves (Reeves) expanded command. A cursory review of the regimental roster, which is incomplete, indicates that about half the men were from Arkansas. I haven't had time to go through it in detail, but I've noted men from Randolph, Lawrence, Greene, Jackson, Izard and Independence counties in this regiment.
