I am searching for Reuben (Reubin etc.) House. I am seeking to determine whether the records are for Reuben House (May 1812 - Oct 1892) alone or intermingled with his son R. H. House, Jr. (b. 1843-1846).

Fold3 shows records for Reubin House and R. H. House him in Co. D, 56 Reg. Ala. Partisan Ranges. A page shows that R. H. House enlisted in Brazos Co., Tex. 8 Oct 1861. Other records show that Reubin House enlisted 1 Sept 1862 in Mobile, Ala. His name was on a hospital Muster Roll for Loring's Division Hospital in Macon, Miss.

Ala. Archives shows Reuben House enlisted 30 Oct 1864 in the Mobile County Reserves, Home Guard, in the Springhill Guards unit.

So far, I have not found a muster roll for Co. D, 15/56th Ala., the hospital, or Springhill Guards. Granted, my search thus far has been limited to online sources.
