At Clarksville

Clarksville, May 18 - (Special) - Rev. Dr. McNeilly, the "fighting Parson of the Forty-Ninth," came up this morning from Nashville, and is the guest of Judge C. H. Bailey. Dr. McNeilly is to deliver the address tomorrow morning at the City Cemetery, when Forbes Bivouac and their friends will decorate the graves of the Confederate dead.
