Hospitals in Richmond late 1864

I have found about 50 men of the 9th Alabama Regiment who were listed as Absent sick or wounded, mostly after 7/30/64 (The Battle of the Crater) and the first months of 1865. I've identified a handful of these men who were sent to a specific hospital, and who, when Richmond fell and they were captured, were transferred to another hospital (one to the old Libby Prison) and then to a Union hospital outside of Richmond.

I am wondering if there are lists of the Confederate soldiers who were in Richmond hospitals late in the war? I also wonder if these men were treated as prisoners of war and sent to Federal prisons (as they did for the soldiers captured at Sayler's Creek), or if they were paroled in their hospitals in Richmond.

Any information or insights would be appreciated.
