Thanks to all for your usual helpful information. I was just trying to be consistent and in my writing so far I find I mix the two up. Since I want to be consistent, figured I would ask which way to convert. Based on the responses, seems it doesn't really matter, as long as I am consistent and depending on how formal I want to be.
