I am seeking proof of Confederate service of Thomas Newton Lipham. He died 9 April 1894 and is buried at Valley Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Randolph County, Alabama. His gravesite has a Confederate marker showing service in Co. F 2nd Reg. GA Infantry. His widow Lucinda Lipham drew a Confederate widow's pension in Randolph County. I have been unable to locate a military service record. Any help will be appreciated.
