Gen. D. H. Maury and commanded by Maj. R. A Harris, at Mouth of Dog River, near Mobile, Ala. August 31, 1864, admitted Yandell Hospital, Meridian, Miss. April 3, 1865, Haemaphy [sp?], furloughed, no date, no other records
