January 13, 1864, fracture left thigh by grape shot, paroled at West’s Buildings Hospital, Baltimore, Md., April 24, 1864 and received at Point Lookout, Maryland prison May 30, 1864, age 23, paroled and transferred to Aiken’s Landing, Va. for exchange September 18, 1864, admitted Howard’s Grove Hospital, Richmond, Va., September 23, 1864, admitted Way Hospital, Meridian, Miss.
