William Green Curry lived at Kempville (today, Tunnel Springs) before the war. His family was well established in Monroe...very few here today. W.G. Curry served churches in Monroe, Wilcox, and Sumter after the war. He and son, Renfroe, were ministers living in Livingston in 1900. His wife was Anna Wiggins, cousin of William S. Wiggins who commanded Co. F, 36th Ala. at Chickamauga.
