If you get in touch with the Appomattox National Park, they have a book store. I was there 2 years ago, and they had a book on hand, "the Appomattox Paroles, April 9-15, 1865", by William G. Nine and Ronald G. Wilson. The one I got was the 4th edition. They may still have this one, or an updated version
