There exist a book "Guide to the Archives of The Government of the Confederate States of America" Hard bound 536 pages. Offical publication by National Archives (I believe). I have a copy it was discarded (purged) by our local library and printing info torn out. It may be of help if you can find a copy. Good reference. Gives locations other than National Archives for material. I do not believe your reference is for this book. Bottom of page 191 has to do with General Hospital (Culpepper Courthouse)
