Kennard Meeks was my great-great grandfather. He fought for the Confederacy as a private in Company H, the 53rd Partisan Rangers Calvary Regiment. It was organized in 1862 and mustered out 26 April 1865. I am trying to find if a photograph might exist of Kennard--either him alone or with other members of his regiment.
