Can someone tell me how do I get a copy of the application for a pension by a colored soldier. My ancestor Lewis Oliver served either in 7th infantry or 55th infantry. I am hoping on the application it will have his parentage. I guess what I am really asking does the application have such info on it?I thank you in advance.
