Militias in Battle of Selma, AL, April 2, 1865

Regarding the battle on April 2, 1865, Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest "had fewer than 8,000 men of whom 2,000 to 3,000 were newly mustered and were untried militiamen consisting of old men and young boys" Are there any records to identify those militiamen and or from which militia groups they were formerly attached?
