Yes they are related, they were first cousins. Lemuels father was named William, who undoubtedly named his son after his older brother Lemuel. Jonathan's father was Andrew another brother, their parents were Thomas Allred and Margaret Alldredge.
By the way Jonathan was a 4th great uncle, his father my 4th G.G. grandfather, Andrew had three wives, my 3rd great grandfather Andrew Jr. was from his first wife and Jonathan was from his second wife.
