October 10, paroled and sent to City Point, Va. for exchange, April 27, 1864., admitted to Chimborazo Hospital No. 3, Richmond, Va., May 1, 1864, Chronic Rheumatism, furloughed May 6 for 30 days, captured at Nashville, Tenn.
