62nd Reg. Infantry- Alabama- My Great Grandpa

My great great great Grandfather was Napolean Sidney Bledsoe fought in the civil war. He was in Lockhart's Battalion. He was captured and was took to Ship Island. Anyone who has photos or information on these events please contact me. He went by N.S. Bledsoe. Later he moved to Durant, Oklahoma where he became the 1st Cheif of Police. And he served 14 yrs until his death at age 67 yrs old. He died in 1914 there in durant. He had 9 children and also had a very good marriage. He also built The Rains Hotel there in Durant and owned and opperated a grocery store aswell. But i would really like to find out his military experiences and would love more info. on his regiment,where they went, what they did, and photos if anyone has any,ect.. Thank you for your responces.
