I should think so. Three years ago we obtained a VA stone, memorial, for a member of the 43rd Tennessee who had died at Point Lookout and buried with the unknowns there.

His ggrandson obtained the stone which we set in their family cemetery in Decatur, Tennessee.

Send me your email address and I'll ask this fellow to get in contact with you to describe his methodology and how it was inscribed.

You will also need to liaison with the folks at Murfreesboro. Their agreement to accept the stone is required on the paperwork.
