I have seen Hezehiah J Williams come up in census and Civil War and I don't believe this is the right HJ Williams. My dad is in the Atlanta area and he can run by the cemetery and check the dates on this tombstone and verify it. Plus it is definitely Oakland Cemetery (Margaret Mitchell is buried here. She wrote Gone With the Wind) and the Dept of Veterans Affairs has Oak Wood. I really appreciate all the information you have given me to work with!
