Re: General GArrott grave possible id ?

For what it's worth, the book "Generals at Rest," by Richard Owen and James Owen shows a photo of the marker to Garrott in Cedar Hill Cemetery at Vicksburg with this caption: "After being killed in the Vicksburg Campaign, Isham W. Garrott was buried in a yard outside a house somewhere in town. Apparently his body was never moved, and the location of his grave site remains a mystery."
