The news of your Reunion photo excites me. My ggg grandfather, Henry Johnnie Kirkland was from Dallas County Alabama. Militia roll dated March 6, 1862, Orrville, Dallas County, Alabama, shows him being a member of the 41st Reg.,7th Brig., 6th Div., Alabama Militia, Cahaba Beat, I believe also referred to as the "Cahaba Rifles". Later in 1862, he is enlisted in the Alabama Infantry, Company F, but I have no idea what company of anything, Do you have any helpful info?
