Homer,
We're just going to have to invent a burial site for
poor old G. W. He did die at Ringgold, 9/26/62 and his widow was named Nancy and she filed a claim for his effects.
Two or three years ago there was a skeleton found near
Ringgold and from it's position it was thought to have been
33rd AL or 45th AL. He was reburied somewhere around Bridgeport, but I didn't hear about the event until some
months later.
I hate it when I can't even speculate where someone is
buried. Thanks for trying to keep up with so many burial
sites.
